Estelle Lötter is a professional conference organiser who started Ripcord Promotions in 1991. Over the years the company has delivered hundreds of events, from small executive breakaways to incentive trips, large company family days and association conferences. The latter have included events of a few hundred, to more than 1 000, for which a full event management service is delivered.
Estelle qualified as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) in 2009 and has received various awards during the past 30 years, including being selected as one of the Top 40 Women in MICE in 2015. She is known for her attention to detail, and always going the extra mile to deliver the best possible experience for her clients.
Estelle has a passion for food and has enjoyed cooking holidays in Italy and Greece. In 2017 she launched the Smallest Restaurant in Jozi, an exclusive dining experience for private clients, offering a four course dinner with wine pairing, in her private home.
