Tahirih has designed and facilitated diverse processes for groups and teams over the past 20 years. Tahirih particularly seeks initiatives that are both innovative and creative in their approach. Tahirih’s professional experience and educational background has strengthened her acumen in three organisational areas – process design, capacity building and design thinking.

Tahirih offers organisations capacity building programmes which are experiential and engaging for participants. She has been involved in the delivery of responsive, bespoke training for a range of restaurants and hotels within the hospitality industry including Babylonstoren, Tswalu Kalahari Reserve, Steenberg Farm, Spice Route/Fairview, Petousis Group and Newmark Group.

Tahirih conducts applied research for companies focused on developing an empathetic understanding of the people that they sell to and work with. This work results in a rich, human-centred understanding of clients. Her approach supports proactive problem solving and creative collaboration. Some of her work in this area has supported the teams at NxtHotel, Garonga Safari Camp, Oude Werf Hotel, Steenberg Hotel, Silverstar Casino and One&Only Cape Town.
