The 10th Annual Wine Tourism Conference brought together wine estate owners, destination leaders, investors, designers, operators, and tourism authorities at Cavalli Estate in Stellenbosch from 19 to 21 May 2026. Over two days, the conference moved beyond trends to focus on decision-making, investment, and execution, offering practical insights grounded in real economic impact.
This year marked a decade of conversation, collaboration, and measurable progress for South African wine tourism. Under the theme The Future of Wine Destinations: How Wine Tourism Competes, Connects and Endures, Day 1 explored how estates design demand and desire in an increasingly experience-driven world, while Day 2 turned to the systems, capital, and governance that support long-term resilience and profitability.

Our Tenth Conference
