Lynn Naidoo is a seasoned leader in the private education sector with over 30 years of experience and a passion for youth empowerment and leadership development. As the Managing Executive at the International Hotel School in Cape Town, Lynn is known for her dynamic leadership, coaching mindset, and ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Her career journey spans key roles in respected institutions such as Damelin, INTEC Colleges, and Damelin Correspondence College, where she has held leadership positions including Principal, Regional General Manager of the Western and Eastern Cape), and General Manager of Intec and Damelin Correspondence. Today, at the International Hotel School, she continues to thrive in an industry she loves deeply—one that celebrates hospitality, connection, and lifelong learning.

Lynn holds a Teaching Degree and is a qualified Coach and Assessor. She has completed multiple leadership and management programs and brings a people-centered approach to everything she does.
