David Priilaid (MSc, MBA, PhD) is an Associate-Professor at the School of Management Studies, University of Cape Town. With over 20 years of experience, he has published mostly in the fields of wine-food management, with papers on strategy and consumer behaviour appearing in the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Food Quality and Preference, the British Food Journal and the International Journal of Wine Business Management.
Priilaid convenes the Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship.
He is the author of the recently published book, Creativity Explained – from Music and Art to Innovation in Business(2018).
